UNI Series for Production Drilling

UNISIG’s highly accurate, single- or multi-spindle UNI series deep hole drilling machines are designed for high-volume production, ideal in applications such as automotive engine and transmission components. Machines utilize BTA or gundrilling, or quick-change combination, to achieve highly accurate deep holes.

UNI series machines are built-to-order from standard components that perfectly integrate with turning centers in your manufacturing cells. UNI machines are tailored to meet customer application and production needs, often with automation capabilities for high-volume drilling requirements.

This example UNI machine performs high accuracy gundrilling of small parts with multiple off-center and angled holes from 0.7 mm to 6 mm [0.03 – 0.25 in] diameter, up to 150 mm [6.00 in] deep.
