The programmable milling and drilling headstock of the USC-M series enables compound angle deep hole drilling and machining without repositioning the workpiece. The reduced set up time combined with the increased speed of BTA/STS style deep hole drilling has resulted in processing time reductions and by extension shorter delivery times.
