Purchasing Your UNISIG
Deep Hole Drilling machine
Application Review
Our sales staff will review the customers application with our engineering group to determine which UNISIG deep hole drilling machines will best meet the requirements with the lowest cost and greatest flexibility for future use. We provide a detailed proposal along with options for consideration, and follow up on technical and commercial questions that remain.
We invite customers to visit our facility to learn more about the equipment and meet the support staff that will be available to assist with ongoing technical guidance and service needs throughout the life of your deep hole drilling equipment. UNISIG also welcomes the opportunity to better understand your needs with a technical review at your facility.
Purchasing Options
Build to order
Most UNISIG machines are manufactured to standard designs, configured to the exact application needs of our customers. Lead times typically range from 3 to 9 months depending on the type of machine, customization required and the amount of tooling and accessories required for the project.
Stock machines
UNISIG recognizes that certain opportunities for new business may require our customers to rapidly bring new machines on-line, which doesn't allow time to wait for a build to order cycle. We have committed to a machine stocking program with our most popular models that allows a shipment from our inventory or customization of a machine in process to greatly reduce delivery times.
Training and Machine Acceptance
Most machine projects finish with a customer run-off under power
at our
facility. This allows customer training and a detailed
understanding of the equipment and tooling prior to accepting
the machine and authorizing shipment. Customers frequently
send their workpieces, tooling and cutting fluid to simulate
their production environment and give our technical staff
the opportunity to show what the UNISIG
deep hole drilling machines are capable of on actual production
parts.
Installation and On-site Training
Most machines are installed by UNISIG technicians with cooperation from maintenance staff at the customer's facility. We thoroughly test and align the machine under power, then duplicate the machine runoff and continue operator training.
Please or feel free to discuss you application directly with the UNISIG sales team at 262-252-3802 or contact a UNISIG representative in your area. For your convenience we also have an application and contact form that can be filled out on-line and sent directly to our staff.
