Wisconsin Facility 
- UNISIG is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin USA
- Our facility is a modern, 40,000 sq ft [3,720 sq m] climate controlled building in close proximity to primary suppliers, skilled labor and professional services
- Construction started in July 2010 on a facility expansion to 62,000 sq ft [6,000 sq m], expected to be complete by November 2010.
- We are conveniently located for domestic and international visitors
- 30 minutes from Milwaukee General Mitchell International airport (MKE)
- 2 hours from Chicago O’Hare international airport (ORD)
In-house Capabilities 
- Engineering - Mechanical, FEA, electrical, software and fluid power
- Component manufacturing - CNC machining of parts weighing up to 32 tons
- Machine assembly - Heavy crane bays and material handling
- Rotating and pressure testing, laser inspection, precision assembly, vibration analysis
- Electrical panel assembly and machine wiring
- Fluid system manufacturing
Service Dispatch
- North American service is based from our facility
- Europe and Asia service needs are provided by our trained local service providers, supported by UNISIG engineering staff.
- UNISIG technical staff and engineers are dispatched worldwide for advanced training or machine repair requirements
